• Gary Valentine gave me and my family so much support from the first meeting to Mum's final journey. He took care of all the paperwork and arrangements and looked after Mum with so much care and kindness. Mum looked so peaceful, as though she was just sleeping. The day of the cremation went smoothly and with such dignity and professionalism. Thank you, Gary, and team, you made a very sad day a little bit more bearable.

The service led by Celebrant Michelle at Kemnal Park was also beautiful, we as family really cannot thank you enough.

Gary helped me from the very first second, until we laid my mother-in-law to rest. I truly don't think I would have got through everything if it wasn't for him. • I don't know where to start with this review, because I don't think it's possible to put into words the amount of gratitude we have for Gary Valentine and his team.

  We lost our beautiful mum in July and from start to finish, Gary had been supportive, understanding, and respectful of all our wishes and of mum's. If sending someone off could be perfect, then this was perfect for our mum. All the stops were pulled, and it went off without a hitch, her day was an emotional, perfect, and beautiful day just as she was.

  Gary ran the service, and we cannot thank him enough for all he done. Our family thanks you from the very bottom of our hearts. Mum would have been so pleased at how her send-off turned out.

• I received the best service I could have hoped for. Gary and Kirsty were so easy to talk to and they were very sympathetic and compassionate. They made me feel at ease and answered all my questions professionally. I would recommend Valentines Funerals Funeral Directors to anyone who has lost a loved one. I was married for 46 years and it really hurt when I lost my wife Christine but they made me feel at ease and helped me send my wife off in the most beautiful and memorable way I could have. Family and friends who attended the funeral said it was the most beautiful send off they have seen. Valentines Funerals Funeral Directors deserve 10 stars, but I can only give 5! Amazing service!
